Super dad to the rescue!

Jer was super dad and took the girls on the Polar Express all by himself last week when I got sick. I know he loved every minute of it! How could you not love the Polar Express.

Starting the season right

Our neighbor hosted a special family night last week with a surprise guest - Santa Claus. The girls loved every minute of it. And the season begins!

Thanksgiving

We have a lot to be thankful for this year. Most of all was spending Thanksgiving with all of our family. My side of the family started the holiday the night before with our traditional night of bowling and then celebrated the big day up at our cabin. It was so much fun to be up in the mountains. The cabin looked great inside and out and the girls loved! the snow.

I didn't get any pictures, but Jer's side got together for a yummy dinner too and his cousin Ginnie took the cutest pictures of the girls in the fall leaves (check out my new header and her blog). And Macy summed up the day just right by crashing in the car on the way home.

The cake - finally!

Well I took these pictures a month ago, but you know, Thanksgiving happened and now Christmas is happening so I am just happy to have a few moments to be a supper blogger and try to catch up!
